Ninth Circuit Opinions: US v. Garcia & US v. Smith

The United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit has issued an opinion in the consolidated cases of United States v. Garcia, No. 05-30596, and United States v. Smith, No. 06-30214, in which the court affirms in part and reverses and remands in part these cases which were originally heard before Judge Richard Cebull of the United States District Court for the District of Montana.
