On December 6, 2006, the Montana Supreme Court made these appointments/reappointments to their Boards and Commissions:
- Criminal Jury Instruction Commission: Appointment of Jim Wheelis to 4-year term
- Commission on Unauthorized Practice of Law: Reappointment of Lee Gerger to 3-year term
- Commission on Courts of Limited Jurisdiction: Appointment of Barb Pepos to 2-year term starting Jan. 1, 2007
